HSA Inkjet System
MTS is the UK distributor of a well established European Ink Jet system from HSA Mail. The system offers three key advantages:

Typical applications include the printing of:

The software provides simplicity in the creation of the above images, which can be precisely positioned using the drag and drop feature.
Features:
- High quality at upto 600 x 600 dpi
- Speed upto 306 metres per minute at 300 x 150 dpi
- Printing capability in ½” increments per print head upto a maximum of 24 print heads
- Print heads electronically stitched together, eliminating striping issues
- Cartridges available in a variety of colours and ink types
A testament to the versatility of the system is that it can be tailored to meet varied applications whether off or on-line, especially where variable print is required. For instance the system can be installed:
- As a discreet stand alone device
- On-line to either an Inserter or Polywrap machine
- Utilising existing transport bases on devices such as the Sure-Feed and Ga-Vehran Product Attacher.
Ink Cartridges
A wide range of inks are available from HP, Collins and Xaar to cater for most applications whether printing on porous, non- porous and coated stock. In addition, the HSA system will enable spot colour printing in black, yellow, red, green and blue.

Mail INKdraw Software

- Objects are easily managed by drag & drop
- Design for simple creation of logos, numbering, bar codes and mail objects

- Most common database files are excepted such as .csv, .txt, .xls, .mdb
- Logos: any bitmap can be used

- Cost calculation – this feature provides precise information about quantity, coverage and cost of ink
Includes a large library of bar codes including 2D such as DATAMATRIX. This library is regularly updated and free of charge
