The inserters are rebuilt to meticulous standards, from the frame upwards.  The finished products compare favourably with the newer designs, for quality and productivity.

Features that MTS offers within its rebuild programme range from:

• Varying number of Feed stations
• Supplementary Feeders such as Sure-Feed friction feeders for greater flexibility of input material
• Camera recognition for matching, sequence checking and intelligent station selection
• Touch screen operator interface and PLC control.
• Channels for feeding, collating and folding on-line
• Light curtains to replace Perspex covers, providing greater visibility and accessibility  for the operator
• The Taurus camera system where intelligence and pack integrity are required

Buhrs BB300

• The BB300 has set a standard in the Mailing industry for speed and robust build quality.
• Ergonomically designed, it allows a single operator easy access to Feeders, Envelope station and Output conveyor from one side of the machine.
• It is versatile and will feed C6, DL, C5 and C4 at speeds of up to 8,000 mail packs per hour
• It incorporates Rotary feeder technology, feeding in-line with a continuously moving track
• The Feeders can be repositioned to any position on the track and supplementary feeders may be incorporated, such as the Sure-Feed single-shot feeder, where varying orientations of inserts is required.

Bell & Howell Range

• Pioneers in the field of Inserters, Bell & Howell have developed a series of models over the last 3 decades.
• The standard machine utilises the Phillipsburg swing-arm concept, a technology that has been tried and proven since the 1930’s.
• Available models are either the C5/DL machine or the Jumbo inserter which is capable of DL, C5 and C4
• Realistic speeds – C5 up to 7k per hour or C4 at up to 4k per hour

• Sure-Feed friction feeders may be positioned in the input hoppers for greater flexibility with difficult inserts, bulky items and open ended documents  
  
  

Mailcrafters

• This range of machines has been developed and modelled on the tried and tested Phillipsburg concept and is based on similar swing-arm technology.
• Available models are either a dedicated C5/DL machine or the Jumbo capable of DL, C5 and C4
• Realistic speeds – C5 up to 7k per hour or C4 at up to 4k per hour
• Sure-Feed friction feeders can be located in place of the input hoppers, offering greater flexibility with difficult inserts, bulky items or open ended documents
