We stock a wide selection of spare parts for the equipment that we support. We also have a tooling section where parts can be very quickly fabricated in the event of a part either not being available or is on a protracted lead time.
Attendance to breakdowns and service support is provided on either an ad hoc or contract basis. We advocate the latter as it includes periodic Preventative Maintenance services, which is a pro active approach to maintenance and has proved to minimise deterioration of the equipment, which is the root cause of poor reliability and performance.
Through the years of knowledge and experience gained within this industry, MTS has developed a formal structure in the way that we service the variety of equipment that we support.
