MTS offers a range of services on a nationwide basis, from an ad hoc breakdown to a comprehensive rebuild, through a complement of multi-disciplined engineers. We pride ourselves on the high level of first time fixes that we achieve. This is as a result of the competence of our engineers and the escalation process that we have in place.
Over the years, our responsiveness and ‘can do’ attitude has gained us loyalty and a high level of customer satisfaction.
We stock a wide selection of spare parts for the equipment that we support. We also have a tooling section where parts can be very quickly fabricated in the event of a part either not being available or is on a protracted lead time.
Attendance to breakdowns and service support is provided on either an ad hoc or contract basis. We advocate the latter as it includes periodic Preventative Maintenance services, which is a pro active approach to maintenance and has proved to minimise deterioration of the equipment, which is the root cause of poor reliability and performance.
